Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Aako Inc.(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Vela platform and related services. By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Our Services

Vela provides an AI-powered concierge service for content creators, influencers, and marketing agencies. Our platform includes personalized AI agent deployment, workflow automation, platform integrations, analytics, and ongoing support. Services are configured per client via one-on-one consulting sessions with our engineering team.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print permitted content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify, reproduce, or distribute any Content without our prior written consent.

User Registration

You may be required to register to use certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential, maintain accurate account information, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at yasushi@aako.world.

Payment & Subscriptions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers, and ACH payments. All charges include applicable taxes and are billed in US dollars.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at yasushi@aako.world. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material that disrupts the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

User Contributions

Any content you submit through the Services must not contain false or misleading information, violate any privacy or data protection laws, or infringe upon any third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant us an unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms and APIs (including social media platforms, messaging services, and analytics providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through 30 days of informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aako Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are indicated by a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
